You have low integrity, professionalism and expectations. We expect you to be proficient in evidence-based techniques with the ability to understand when it is not working. You must be willing to learn, research and collaborate. We have a standard of excellence that our community expects.
You don’t think time management matters. Clients deserve a clinician that will show up on time and keep the appointments. Cancellations are for emergency situations only. The same treatment you would expect from your physician is what we provide in our practice.
You do not want to adhere to the policies. If that is difficult for you; it might be best you start your own practice.

Here's what we're looking for:
A Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited institution.
An active, unrestricted Illinois license (LCPC, LPC, LCSW).
A solid grasp of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions.
Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written.
A commitment to maintaining detailed client documentation and engaging in ongoing professional development.
