As part of our team, you'll dive into individual and group therapy sessions, develop tailored treatment plans, and focus on what you do best: helping clients. Here's what we're looking for:
A Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited institution.
An active, unrestricted Illinois license (LCPC, LPC, LCSW).
A solid grasp of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions.
Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written.
A commitment to maintaining detailed client documentation and engaging in ongoing professional development.
